MEET DR. VONDERLINDEN

From a young age, Dr. Dannielle VonDerLinden always knew she wanted to work in a field that allowed her to work with and help people on a daily basis. As a foot and ankle specialist, Dr. VonDerLinden is able to provide superior, quality and compassionate care to her patients for all of their foot and ankle needs. Whether it is conservative care or surgical intervention related to injuries, chronic pain, biomechanical issues, nail complaints, or skin disorders, Dr. VonDerLinden is able to provide individual and comprehensive care to all of her patients.

Dr. VonDerLinden’s training began at the University of Florida where she received both her Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology and Master’s Degree in Management. She then authored six scientific publications before obtaining her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree at Barry University in Miami, Florida. She received her three year foot and ankle surgical training at Northwest Medical Center in Margate, Florida. During her training, Dr. VonDerLinden had extensive reconstructive surgical training of the foot and ankle. She also enjoyed the duties and responsibilities as Chief Resident during her third year of training.

Dr. VonDerLinden relocated to the northern Virginia area after her training. She currently enjoys private practice and loves most being able to tailor the specific treatments to each of her patients needs, goals, and lifestyles. Outside of her podiatric practice, she enjoys being outdoors and being active; going to the beach, hiking, sailing, biking, traveling, and, of course, spending fun time with her little dog Cooper.
