I am passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and excel in fast-paced environments, where my multitasking abilities enable me to effectively support both patients and my amazing team. I am known for my strong work ethic, compassion, and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, often relaxing with a movie or catching up on The Walking Dead, paired with our favorite sushi.

Hi! My name is Jen Cooper. I have worked in the Medical Professionals field for 24 years. I have two daughters, Brooke and Alyssa. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and going to the mountains. I love country music and going on cruises! I am passionate about helping those less fortunate and community service. My name is Latesha Kay-Harvell but everyone calls me Tee. I am a Front Desk Receptionist at Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center. I am known for treating our patients like family! I love helping others to see the beauty within themselves and I feel as though EVERYONE deserves to be SEEN! I married the greatest man on Earth who inspires me daily and loves me unconditionally. I was raised by immigrant parents that taught me to dream BIG! I found a home at Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center where not only am I valued, but I can continue to dream BIG! My name is Rosa, and I have been a Medical Assistant since 2010, with a strong dedication to providing quality patient care. I have been a part of the team at Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center since January of this year. My passion for podiatry is deeply rooted in personal experience, as my grandmother passed away due to complications from diabetes. I take great pride in the opportunity to help others in her honor. Outside of work, I am a devoted mother to a 7-year-old daughter, and I cherish spending time with her. I am a hardworking, compassionate professional who values making meaningful connections and bringing positivity to every environment.

With over five years of experience in the healthcare field, I’m all about turning challenges into opportunities to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients. When I’m not in the clinic, I’m fully immersed in my most rewarding role yet—being a mom to my amazing baby girl. Whether I’m juggling appointments or chasing milestones, my days are fueled by love, determination, and the drive to give my best both at work and at home. Working alongside Navy Corpsmen inspired me to pursue a career in the medical field. I’m dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and pride myself on being reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate in every interaction. I thrive in team environments and always strive to create a positive experience for both patients and colleagues. I graduated Magna Cum Laude in my undergraduate degree in Health Services Management and I plan to continue advancing in the medical field by becoming a mid-level practitioner, allowing me to expand both my knowledge and the level of care I provide.

My name is Mackenzie, but everyone calls me Kenzie! I’m so excited to be part of the dynamic duo here at DFAC Lorton !Before joining this amazing team, I worked as a dental assistant in Fairfax for three years. I truly love what I do and take pride in being compassionate, team-oriented, and always ready to lend a helping hand. I’m a proud Northern Virginia native—born and raised! I did spend a little time in sunny Florida during high school, but I missed the beauty of all four seasons, so I found my way back home. I was raised by my wonderful parents, Mandy and Jay, and I’m one of three siblings. I have an older brother named Jack and a twin brother named Luke! One of the biggest joys in my life is my sweet baby, Kona. She’s a gorgeous Lab-Pit mix and my absolute whole world. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find us adventuring outdoors together or spending quality time with friends and family. Oh—and here’s a little secret… I’m totally into baking and pastry arts! It’s my favorite creative outlet. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the DFAC Lorton team and can’t wait to grow with everyone here!

I’m proud to be part of the healthcare world, working by day as a medical scribe for Doctor Gloschat, where I juggle detailed documentation and patient care, and as a registered pharmacist in a community pharmacy, ensuring my patients get the best care possible. I’m also passionate about advocating for antimicrobial resistance, promoting smarter healthcare choices to protect future generations. When the white coat comes off, I switch gears to being a multitasking mom to my lively 2-year-old boy. Dr. Dannielle once said I’m kinda like a controller, a comment that perfectly captures my role in keeping everything on track.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife to my amazing husband and mom to our three wonderful children. In my free time, I enjoy baking sweet treats for my family. For me, it’s all about balancing work, family, and the simple pleasures that make each day meaningful!
